About this Cocktail
This tasty Danish twist on the Negroni was created by Carl Wrangel at The Oak Room in Copenhagen. He named it after his girlfriend.
1 1/2oz London Dry Gin
3/4oz sweet vermouth
1/4oz Amer Picon
1 good dash of Angostura Bitters
Add all ingredients to an ice filled mixing glass and stir until chilled and diluted. Strain into rocks glass over a large cube of ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
