A New Orleans classic, the Ojen Frappe was served in bars across the city as well as on the floats of the Krewe of Rex on Mardi Gras day. Sadly, though, Ojen is no longer with us - unless you happen to know a guy who has a stash of a few bottles. Most any sambuca will make a tolerable imitation, though, so give it a whirl.
2oz Ojen (or sambuca of your choice)
Fill a glass with crushed ice. Add the Ojen and enough Peychaud's to turn the drink a light pink. Top with more ice, stir until frosty.
