About this Cocktail

First had it at Nika in Burlington, VT, on a cocktail walk with Vermont Farm Tours featuring Smuggler's Notch Distillery.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Smuggler's Notch rum
  • 3/4 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz Demerara sugar
  • 2 dashes Urban Moonshine bitters
  • 5 mint leaves
  • 2 oz prosecco
Preparation:

Muddle mint and lime in shaker, add all ingredients except prosecco, shake vigorously and strain into chilled cocktail glass. Top with prosecco. Garnish with lime wheel and mint sprig.
