Playing it nice & simple with this late night tipple.
50ml - Canadian Club
2x Bar Spoon - Demerara Sugar
3x Dashes - Angostura Bitters
5ml - Ginger & Rosemary Syrup
You all know the drill.
Add the sugar, bitters, syrup & whisky to the mixing glass with ice.
Stir until sugar's dissolved.
Strain over ice in an old fashioned glass.
Garnish with orange peel.
Oh so good.
