About this Cocktail
A Manhattan, of sorts, with plenty of fruit and floral notes. Makes a nice introduction to rye for beginners.
2 oz rye
2/3 oz apricot brandy (Edmond Briottet makes a nice one)
2/3 oz Noilly Prat dry vermouth
3 dashes Peychaud's
Stir with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
