as a first drink on this great site/app, i made a oleo saccharum and created the drink inspired by a resent update of Sebastian Skillings. The citrus notes of tanqueray ten works great with the oleo. stirt with earl grey tee, complimented with fever tree tonic water. rosemary as a garnish makes the drink complete..
40 ml tenquari ten
10 ml oleo saccharum
1 teaspoon of earl grey
60 ml fever tree tonic water
1 spring of rosemary
Gin, oleo saccharum (why the dubble c?) and earl grey stirt over ice. Dubble strain over a ice and tonic prepared old fashiond glas. Garnis with a spring of fresh rosemary and a orange twist!
Oleo saccharum made by the peels of 6 lemons, one grapefruit and 4 oranges, muddled with 400 grams of fine sugar. Let it sit for 4 to 6 hours.
