1 ounce Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum
1 ounce Paul Masson Ambre Brandy
.25 ounce Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado Sherry
1 Demerara Sugar Cube
1 dash of Angostura Bitters
Splash of Club Soda
Muddle Sugar Cube, Bitters, and Club Soda in a mixing glass until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, ice, and stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with expressed lemon peel.
