About this Cocktail

Spirit-forward cocktail spiked with a bit of Amontillado Sherry.

Ingredients:
  • 1 ounce Hamilton Jamaican Pot Still Black Rum
  • 1 ounce Paul Masson Ambre Brandy
  • .25 ounce Lustau Los Arcos Amontillado Sherry
  • 1 Demerara Sugar Cube
  • 1 dash of Angostura Bitters
  • Splash of Club Soda
  • Lemon Peel
Preparation:

Muddle Sugar Cube, Bitters, and Club Soda in a mixing glass until sugar is dissolved. Add remaining ingredients, ice, and stir. Strain into chilled cocktail glass and garnish with expressed lemon peel.
