About this Cocktail

Another masterpiece from Colin Shearn of St. Charles Exchange in Louisville. The Salers and bitter brightness of Aperol bring the Rowan's Creek to a new place. Can't say we don't enjoy the addition of the Bittermen's chocolate bitter one bit either.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Rowan's Creek
  • 1 oz Aperol
  • .75 oz Salers
  • 1 dash (7 drops) Bittermen's Xocatl Mole Bitters
Preparation:

Stir over ice and then strain into a double old fashioned glass over fresh ice and garnish with a grapefruit twist.
