About this Cocktail

I created this cocktail for use at Blackberry Farm, a Relais & Chateaux resort located in Walland, TN. The rye whiskey brings a fall quality to this drink while the refreshing, brightness of oranges keeps it light. A great, easy cocktail for tailgating or impressing your friends at home.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz. Pikesville Rye Whiskey
  • .5 oz. Cointreau
  • 2 dashes of Fee Bros. West Indian Orange Bitters
  • 2 Orange Slices
  • Ginger ale
Preparation:

In a rocks glass, muddle the orange slices and the bitters together. Fill the glass with ice and add the alcohol. Top with ginger ale, and then stir to mix.
