About this Cocktail
Recreation of a drink I had at Plum Bar in Oakland. I like the Breaking & Entering bourbon on this one but most any will do. The marmalade is the fancy stuff from the local market.
2 oz. bourbon
Big spoonful of marmalade
1/2 oz. Lemon juice
Dash of angostura bitters
Add add to a shaker with a lot of ice. Shake vigorously for a good 30 seconds to mix the marmalade into the drink.
Serve in a rocks glass over one big cube with a twist of lemon peel.
