About this Cocktail
Another one from the fine folks at Bittercube, this one splits the difference and gives us a bit of the Rye and a bit of the Pot Still Reserve.
1 oz. Willett Pot Still Reserve
1 oz. Willett Family Estate Rye
1 oz. Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1 dropper Bittercube Cherry Bark Vanilla Bitters
1/2 dropper Bittercube Orange Bitters
1 dropper Bittercube Bolivar Bitters
Stir over ice. Strain into a chilled coupe. Drink and let a brutally long day come to a relaxing close.
