About this Cocktail

From the menu I created for Jim Beam Brands at the MCC Gala.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Knob Creek
  • 1/2oz Merlet Creme de Poire Williams
  • 1/2oz Simple Syrup (1:1)
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 Barspoon Applesauce
  • Fresh Grated Cinnamon
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a mixing tin. Add ice and shake. Double strain over fresh ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with a Cinnamon Stick.
