I wanted to made a refreshing brunch cocktail and had some grapefruit to use and came up with this.
2 oz bacon infused gin
.75 grapefruit basil simple syrup
.75 fresh grapefruit juice
.25 Bittermilk charred grapefruit tonic
St. Germain/honey infused whipped cream
Add ingredients to a shaker; Shake with ice. Put the whipped cream in the bottom of the chilled coupe glass. Strain the cocktail over the foam to let the foam rise to the top and touch all of the cocktail. Serve and enjoy!
