About this Cocktail
A personal variation on the tiki classic. Some additions and spice changes to get wild on a Friday night.
1 part fresh orange juice
1.5 part allspice infused coconut cream
2 parts fresh pineapple juice
1 part Clement Martinique white rum
1 part Cruzan Black Strap
1/4 part FruitLab Hibiscus liqueur
1/4 part Benedictine
1/4 part Orgeat
Mix all and shake vigorously over ice. Strain over cracked ice into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
