About this Cocktail

A personal variation on the tiki classic. Some additions and spice changes to get wild on a Friday night.

Ingredients:
  • 1 part fresh orange juice
  • 1.5 part allspice infused coconut cream
  • 2 parts fresh pineapple juice
  • 1 part Clement Martinique white rum
  • 1 part Cruzan Black Strap
  • 1/4 part FruitLab Hibiscus liqueur
  • 1/4 part Benedictine
  • 1/4 part Orgeat
Preparation:

Mix all and shake vigorously over ice. Strain over cracked ice into a chilled rocks glass. Garnish with a pineapple spear.
