Original Cocktail (Dennis Schafer)
Bayou Oyster Bar

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Willet Pot Still Bourbon
  • 1 oz Chai infused Dolin Blanc
  • 2 dashes Orange Bitters
Preparation:

Stir with large cubes and strain into chilled cocktail glass

    I usually infuse 3oz volume loose leaf chai into a 750ml bottle for around 1 week, or it reaches the depth of flavor I am looking for.
