About this Cocktail

Oh, Tiki. Did you really think I'd stay away? An original. Named for the gentleman who was flabbergasted that Valkyriedoesnt carry Malibu. The coconut oil-washed rum has gone through some tweaks and changes but has settled with Caña Brava as the base. God bless the 86 Co. Really. Their line is second to none for great cocktails. This is rich and creamy with huge coconut, vanilla and pineapple notes, and a touch of cinnamon joining in just to party.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Coconut oil-washed Caña Brava Rum
  • 1oz Pineapple juice
  • .5oz Lime
  • .5oz Cinnamon syrup
  • .25oz Cream
  • 15 drops Vanilla extract
Preparation:

Shake ingredients then strain into an old-fashioned glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leave and a straw. Hand to guest as you yell, "I thought it said 'Serious Drinks' on the door!"
