This is drink I created for the Cafe des artistes bistro gourmet, in Puerto Vallarta, the combination of the two different textures, makes a great experience. It was featured in magazines as the recommendation for the summer
Chill the vodka & passion fruit purée and serve in a frozen martini glass and put the coconut foam on top.
For the coconut foam mix 1 part coconut cream 1 part ice water put in the Isi whipper and two cream chargers and you're good to go!!!!
