About this Cocktail

This is drink I created for the Cafe des artistes bistro gourmet, in Puerto Vallarta, the combination of the two different textures, makes a great experience. It was featured in magazines as the recommendation for the summer

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 oz Kettel one vodka
  • 1 1/2 oz passion fruit purée
  • Coconut foam
  • Garnish with organic flower
Preparation:

Chill the vodka & passion fruit purée and serve in a frozen martini glass and put the coconut foam on top.
For the coconut foam mix 1 part coconut cream 1 part ice water put in the Isi whipper and two cream chargers and you're good to go!!!!

    This is fabulous!!! I had one at Cafe des artistes, and I can't stop talking about it. I asked the Bar Tender for the recipe, and have been making them for everyone I know. I even invested in a Gourmet Whip Siphon to make the Coconut Foam, which is out of this world! You must try this!!! You can also put the foam on top of a Mango Martini. Just as delicious
