About this Cocktail
Original for Trattoria Piatto, Carlisle PA
1 oz Chilled espresso
.5 oz Pisa hazelnut liqueur
1 oz Borghetti Espresso liqueur
Combine all ingredients in shaker with ice. Shake to death (>60 seconds). Strain, neat, into lowball. Allow foam to fall from shaker. Drop 2-3 espresso beans onto foam.
