About this Cocktail
This late night experiment/discovery came while creating cocktail pairings for one of Charleston's underground dinner clubs The Gravy Waltz.
A loose (and I mean loose) play to the Carroll Cocktail, using the flavor profile from a featured candied-peach appetizer.
If only we ventured across this at the beginning of peach season.
2 oz Brandy
1/2 oz Domaine de Canton
1/4 oz St. Germain
2 dashes Lavender bitters
2 peach slices
In a shaker, muddle peach with the bitters and St Germain. Add other ingredients and shake with ice. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a peach slice.
