Still working through that bottle of PX sherry... And whoa, what a fantastic cocktail I've stumbled upon here. Recipe belongs to Bryan Schneider, Clover Club, NYC. Martinez meets Rum Manhattan meets decidedly "springy" stirred cocktail, even with that wintery PX component. Wonderful.
1.5 oz Zacapa 23 rum
.75 oz Carpano Antica
.25 oz Pedro Ximinez Sherry
2 dashes Mole bitters (recipe calls for Bitter Truth, I used Bittermens)
