About this Cocktail

The aroma of toasted marshmallow is half the drink.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Courvoisier VS
  • .75oz Trader Vic's Chocolate Liqueur
  • .5oz Averna
  • .25oz toasted marshmallow syrup
  • 3 dashes Bad Dog Fire + Damnation Bitters
  • 1 dash Woodford Reserve Spiced Cherry Bitters
Preparation:

Toasted Marshmallow Syrup: In a pan, heat 1 cup water and 1 cup white sugar. Toast 6 large marshmallows over a flame or with a torch and add to the pan with 1/8tsp vanilla extract. Let simmer until dissolved and then strain.

Stir. Strain. Rocks glass without ice. Garnish with a toasted marshmallow.
