About this Cocktail

Tart and easy to sip

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Smith and cross
  • 2/4 oz grapefruit juice
  • 2/4 oz lime juice
  • 3 dash angostura
  • 10 Pink pepper berries
  • Half cinnamon stick
  • 2/3 oz simple syrup
  • 1 egg White
Preparation:

Muddle berries and cinnamon with simple, shake with ice, shake another time without ice, strain in coupe.
Garnish with a thin slice of dried grapefuit
