About this Cocktail
Inspired by a Persian dessert. Taking advantage of the rose petals in the Hendricks.
40 ml Hendricks gin
20 ml rose water
1/2 lime squeezed
Muddle mint and raspberries in a glass with crushed ice. Shake gin, rose water, and lime to infuse. Pour of the crushed ice. Top with tonic. Garnish with lime slice and mint leaves.
