Pineapple brandy flip

About this Cocktail

I made the pineapple vanilla syrup by simply combining 1 cup pineapple juice,1 cup sugar and 1 split vanilla bean in a sauce pan over med heat until sugar is desolated. Cool and discard the vanilla bean.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Brandy
  • 1/2 oz pineapple vanilla syrup
  • 1/2 oz cream
  • 1 egg white
Preparation:

Dry shake to emulsify the egg. Shake with ice, pour into coupe, garnish with nutmeg
