About this Cocktail
Slight variation on a Clover Club. Substituting the raspberry syrup for pineapple syrup
1.5 oz Dry gin
.5 oz pineapple simple syrup
.5 oz dry vermouth
.75 lemon juice
1 egg white
Add all the ingredients to a shaker and dry shake. Then add ice, shake and strain into a cocktail glass. Optionally top with aromatic bitters.
