About this Cocktail
I figured since Negroni week is almost upon us, it’d only be fitting that I offer forth this libation. I had a similar drink in Shanghai, China and wanted to replicate it back home.
1 ¼ oz Plantation Stiggins’ Fancy Pineapple Rum
¾ oz Campari
½ oz Ancho Chili-Infused Cocchi Vermouth
¼ oz Cardamaro
Stir with ice and strain into an old fashioned glass over fresh ice. Express orange peel over drink and toss in.
