I spent a few days infusing fresh pineapple, Yuzu juice, Meyer lemon juice, and tequila and came up with this cocktail.
2 oz pineapple infused tequila
.75 pisco portón
Dash on grenadine
St germain/honey infused whip cream
Angostura bitters for the top of the foam
Add ingredients into mixing glass and stir til diluted properly to taste. Then strain and pour into a coupe and add the grenadine and then top with the whipped cream. Design a few hearts with angostura bitters to bring all the colors together. Enjoy!
