Home rendition of a recipe by Jeffrey Morgenthaler.

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Aviation Gin
  • 3/4oz Creme de Cassis
  • 1/2oz lemon juice
  • 2tsp simple syrup
Preparation:

Shake over cracked ice, serve in a coupe. Float edible flower on top, rose petal, pansies, nasturtiums. If no flowers use lemon wedge
