The interesting thing about this is the delivery method of the bitters.
A Pink Gin with prosecco on top. But the bitters is added in tablet form. I'm still working in the process, but for these equal measures of angostura dust (dried out in the oven), citric acid and baking soda bonded with a dash of corn syrup (but I had to freeze then to stabilise them). Dropped in they dissolve with a glamorous fizz. I will try to post a gif on twitter (look for @demonbitters).
