Pink Ginger Daiquiri

About this Cocktail

A simplified ginger Daiquiri that stemmed from an over abundance of fresh citrus juice and white rum. Experimented with a natural sweetened ginger syrup that I picked up recently.

Ingredients:
  • 3 oz White Rum
  • 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 oz Sweetened Ginger Syrup
  • 3 dashes Peychaud's bitters
  • Candied Ginger
  • Lemon Peel
Preparation:

Add rum, lemon, ginger syrup, and Peychaud's to mixer. Shake over cracked ice. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with lemon peel and candied ginger strips.
