About this Cocktail
Yes, I made a drink by this same name about 6 months ago, but recently an Instagram colleague (RecipesByDebbie) developed a different cocktail by the same name, thusly, v.2.0
1 3/4 oz Tanquerey Gin (would use Pink Gin next time)
3/4 oz Dragonfruit Syrup
1/8 oz Grenadine
1/4 oz St. Germaine
2 drops 🌺 Hibiscus Flower Extract
2.0 oz Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
2 small slices of ginger
Lemon Wheel Garnish
Combine the ginger slices & dragon fruit syrup in a cocktail shaker and muddle lightly. Add the rest of the ingredients sans the lemon wheel garnish and ice to the shaker.
Shake vigorously until well chilled and double strain into a chilled high ball glass.
Garnish with a lemon wheel and a SurfSideSip glass straw.
