About this Cocktail

Yep, another Pisco Sour recipe. Can you have too much of a good thing?

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Encanto Pisco
  • .5 oz lime juice
  • .5 oz lemon juice
  • .75 oz simple syrup
  • .75 oz egg white
  • Oil from lemon twist
  • Angostura
Preparation:

Combine all ingredients, save bitters/lemon peel. Dry shake, wet shake, double strain. Express lemon oil across surface of drink and discard peel. (Quick quaffers can freely skip this step, but lemon oil will help mask any sulfur-y scent that egg white may give off as the drink warms). Garnish with bitters to your liking.
