Pisco Sour

About this Cocktail

I made this cocktail at my old bar.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz Pisco
  • 3/4 oz Lemon Juice
  • 3/4 oz Egg White
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 3-4 Dashes Angostura Bitters
Preparation:

Add lemon juice, simple syrup, egg whites and Pisco into your shaker. You're will first start out with a vigorous dry shake for about 15 seconds. Next pour some ice into the shaker and shake vigorously for about 20-30 seconds. Double strain into a cocktail glass or a coupe. Garnish with some good old Angostura bitters!
