I prefer the 3:1:1 ratio to really taste the quality of the pisco
3 oz Capurro Pisco
1 oz simple syrup
1 oz fresh lime juice
.5 oz egg white
Add all ingredients to shaker without ice and dry shake for about 30 seconds. Add ice and shake again. Fine strain into a pisco sour glass or coupe glass. Top with fresh ground cinnamon or a few drops of Amargo Chuncho.
