About this Cocktail
Pisco has a warmth like cachaca. Double strained, but that probably removed too much fizz.
2 oz Alto Del Carmen Pisco
.75 oz lime juice
.75 oz simple syrup
1 egg white
Dry-shake, then shake with ice and strain into a chilled egg coupe.
Garnish with 4 drops Angosutra Bitters swirled with two straws.
