Pisco Sour

About this Cocktail

Famous classic. In Peru they use key limes, rather than lemon. Either way works well. Other recipes out there are too sweet.

Ingredients:
  • 1 oz Lemon Juice
  • 1 egg white
  • 1 1/2 oz Pisco
  • 3/4 oz Simple syrup
  • Dash angostura bitters
Preparation:

Dry shake all ingredients except bitters. Add ice to shaker and shake again. Strain into glass. Add dash of bitters.

You can use 1 3/4oz of pisco if you prefer a more spirit forward taste.
