About this Cocktail

We love a Pisco Sour. Here is our twist on it!

Ingredients:
  • 2oz Pisco
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 oz fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/2 oz 18.21 Bitters Lemon Basil Syrup
  • 1 egg white
  • 9 drops 18.21 Bitters Tart Cherry and Saffron Bitters (garnish)
  • Lemon wheel to garnish
Preparation:

Dry shake all ingredients (except bitters) for 15 seconds.

Add ice and shake for 10 seconds.

Strain in to coup glass and garnish with lemon wheel and bitters.
