About this Cocktail
Amaro Nardini doesn't get enough attention, so I wanted to make a cocktail based around highlighting its notes of orange, mint and chocolate.
Lazzaroni takes the edge off the Nardini, the ginger adds the little kick, while the orange bitters and thyme add depth without overpowering the amaro.
1 Ounce Amaro Nardini
.5 Ounce Lazzaroni Amaretto

2 Thyme Sprigs
1 Orange Peel
