About this Cocktail
Probably the most popular drink at my bar, recipe origin is from a bartender in Malaysia.
2oz selvarey rum
1oz cardamom lemongrass syrup
1oz lime juice
.5 coconut cream
3 Thai basil leaves
Add everything except the soda into glass. Shake well. Fill snifter with ice, double strain into snifter. Top with soda, use a basil sprig and umbrella or orchid as garnish
