About this Cocktail
I made this as the featured cocktail at La Scala.
2 oz Chinaco Blanco
1 oz Pama
1/2 oz orange juice
1/2 oz lime juice
1/2 oz cane syrup
Mix ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake everything together. Rim half of a margarita glass with salt and add ice. Pour the cocktail into the margarita glass and garnish with a lime.
