2 barspoons diced cucumber
8-10 mint leaves
1/2 oz. simple syrup
1.5 oz. Millers Gin
1.5 oz. Mango nectar
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
Cucumber Pintxo & Mint Sprig garnish
1. Muddle the mint, cucumber and simple syrup.
2. Add the measured gin, mango nectar and lime juice. Fill with ice.
3. Shake well. Strain into ice filled highball glass.
