About this Cocktail

Dominic Alling @ Beretta in SF is responsible for this gem. A whopping 1/2oz of Angostura or Aromatic Bitters is called for, which is just awesome in itself. You'll love this drink!

Ingredients:
  • 1.5oz Mezcal (Del Maguey VIDA)
  • 1oz Orgeat (Small Hand Foods)
  • 3/4oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2oz Aromatic Bitters (Scrappy's)
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker w/ ice. Shake and double-strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a thin lime wheel. I used a dehydrated lime.
