About this Cocktail

Recreating a cocktail from the Tales 2013 menu at Cure. White port and Jack Rudy tonic syrup together are a revelation.
Another low booze drink that is perfect for the dog days of summer.

Ingredients:
  • 2 oz. Ramos Pinto Duoro Valley White Port
  • .75 oz. Jack Rudy Tonic Syrup
  • 1 dash Bittermens hopped grapefruit bitters
  • Soda water
Preparation:

Measure port, tonic syrup, and bitters into a rocks glass and stir to mix. Full to 3/4 with soda and then fill remaining space with ice and garnish with a wide swath of orange peel.

Great drink! A little bit like Lillet Blanc, but this is lighter and brighter. Thanks for sharing.
