About this Cocktail
My twist on the classic Porto flip. The original recipe for a flip included. Dark spirit, beer and a egg yolk.
45ml Singleton single malt whisky
30ml Guinness (I used export strength 8% abv)
25ml mozart milk chocolate liqueur
15ml Gallianno Ristretto
1 dash mozart bitters
Grate nutmeg over top
Add all ingredients to a shaker dry.
Pour into a martini/coupette
Dust with grated nutmeg
