About this Cocktail

My twist on the classic Porto flip. The original recipe for a flip included. Dark spirit, beer and a egg yolk.

Ingredients:
  • 45ml Singleton single malt whisky
  • 30ml Guinness (I used export strength 8% abv)
  • 25ml mozart milk chocolate liqueur
  • 15ml Gallianno Ristretto
  • 1 dash mozart bitters
  • Egg Yolk
  • Grate nutmeg over top
Preparation:

Add all ingredients to a shaker dry.
Dry shake.
Shake
Pour into a martini/coupette
Dust with grated nutmeg
