About this Cocktail

PPX: restaurant industry lingo for a VIP. RGF, 2014.

Ingredients:
  • 3/4 oz Rye
  • 3/4 oz Cognac
  • 1/2 oz Pedro Ximénez Sherry
  • 1/4 oz Cynar
  • 2 dashes Bittermens Xocolatl Mole bitters
  • 1 rinse Mezcal
  • 1 twist Orange peel, expressed
Preparation:

Stir, strain, up, twist.

    Mixed this yesterday with Bulleit Rye, Hennessy, Lustau PX San Emilio, Cynar, Fee Brothers Aztec Chocolate Bitters and Vida Mezcal. Delicious!
