About this Cocktail

Ingredients:
  • recipe adapted slightly from Rachael Ray Magazine 1 pear, peeled & chopped, plus slices for garnish
  • Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 lime juice
  • 3 bourboun
  • 6 Ginger ale
  • Ice
Preparation:

In a cocktail shaker, muddle the pear, honey and lime juice. Add the bourbon, fill with ice and shake. Strain into 2 glasses. Top with ginger ale and garnish with pear slice.
