About this Cocktail

This is one of our oak aged cocktails off the late summer menu. Essentially a Brooklyn minus elusive Picon and a white rye base.

Ingredients:
  • 1.5 oz Trybox series new make Rye
  • .5 Amaro Ciociaro
  • .75 Dolin dry vermouth
  • .25 Luxardo Maraschino
Preparation:

Batched and aged for 6 weeks with oak. Served in a coupe.
