About this Cocktail
I made a Rhubarb simple syrup today and had to put it to use. This drink is super tart and refreshing!
2 oz Gin
3/4 oz Rhubarb syrup
3/4 oz lemon juice
2 barspoons Cointreau
2 dashes of Scrappy's Orange Bitters
Small handful of raspberries
Combine ingredients in tin, muddle raspberries. Add ice and shake shake shake. Double strain into coupe, express lemon peel. If possible, add a splash of soda on top.
