About this Cocktail
Inspired by fall flavors, I made this at The Drinkingbird in Chicago.
1.5 oz pumpkin purÃ©e
2 oz Koval Oat whiskey
1.5 oz brown sugar spiced simple syrup*
Combine purée, whiskey and syrup in shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into ice filled rocks glass. Top with ginger beer and fresh grated nutmeg.
*= 1:1 Brown sugar/water. Add a pinch of pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon (optional)
