I am going to try and visit your bar when I come home to the Bay in mid-August. I would like a Purple Cup with Plymouth Gin please!
  • Blackbird Bar
    We can do that!

I'm always interested when someone can craft a cocktail that will work with well any base spirit. Very cool, and thanks for sharing.

Thanks, with some picky drinkers out there you have to have these fail safes...

If it's okay with you I'm using your brilliance. I'll find a new way to do it but well done sir

For the white pepper tincture, do you use tea bags of the pepper steeped in vodka? Never made one before.
  • Blackbird Bar
Wes, I grind the pepper and let it soak in over proof vodka. Taste to find result desired. Pretty sure it's a quick one but let it go until you like the flavor. Cheers!
